Building Sand Castles
Wednesday 30 May 2012 - 01:48:08
Here's the Hotel Puerto Marina on Mojácar: 'Mojacar beach has a special charm: lie down peacefully to sunbathe, swim in the warm Mediterranean waters, build sand castles or walk leaving the sea to caress our feet... take a Grilled sardines or simply do nothing and relax the soul and mind with the sound of the waves'.
As far as the sand-castles go, there's a plenary meeting on Thursday at 8.00pm in the Mojácar town hall that deals, inter alia, with the new rules for the public use of our beaches. Will sand-castles be declared illegal after they are completed... will they need paperwork... will the builders need special permissions from Costas... will they have to use architects' plans... and will the Junta de Andalucía come along and, unless they are at least as big as the Hotel Algarrobico, knock them down?
