The Government has just signed a Royal Decree to create a body called the 'Alto Comisionado del Gobierno' (similar in rank to the Secretary of State) and to promote the 'Spanish Brand' abroad. This 'Marca España' will go to help improve Spain's reputation in foreign parts. The areas under influence from this benign council are culture, economic, social, scientific and technological and efforts will be made to improve Spain's standing internationally through these areas.
