Well done those pesky cataloonies: the plan is to convert the four provinces of Cata.. sorry, the nation of Catalunya, to seven 'vegerías', to whit: Barcelona, Girona, Lleida, Central, Terres de l'Ebre, Camp de Tarragona and Alt Pirineu i Aran.
