Antonio Moreno doesn't think much of Endesa, the electric company which charges its customers at the highest rates in Europe (hey, who doesn't these days here in Spain?). Antonio has made a number of denuncias against the company and has accused them of benefiting from 'institutional corruption' and of being 'corsarios', pirates, on his webpage.
Anyhow, Antonio was sued by Endesa for fifty thou, legal expenses and to have his webpage taken down... and here comes the unlikely bit:
The judge has ruled in favor of Antonio, citing the freedom of expression.
Gosh, I once did something a lot less exciting than that on my own webpage several years ago after being forced to walk the plank and have been living in fear and penury ever since. Hope I get the same judge.
